Common questions
Which countries do you import from?
Most of our volume is from China, but depending on the product we also source from South Korea, Japan and other countries.
Can you clear goods I bought myself?
Yes. Clearance is offered on its own, by the Havin team or experienced partner brokers.
How is the landed cost calculated?
Purchase price, freight, insurance, import duties and clearance costs are added up and quoted before you buy.
For SMT lines, do you only sell machines?
No. We also handle line consulting, supply, installation, commissioning and operator training.
